Refunds

Buy a template. Use it for two weeks. If it is not right, you get your money back. That is the whole policy.

1 — The guarantee

Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of order. No reason is required.

2 — The procedure

• Email support@0arch.io with your order number (for example, TPL-XXXXXXXX).
• We confirm the order and issue the refund to the original payment method.
• Funds return to your card or account within 5–10 business days, depending on the provider.

3 — The fine print

The guarantee applies to the purchase price in full, including any delivery fees. Downloaded files may be kept or deleted — your choice. The guarantee cannot be combined with other promotions.
