These terms apply to every purchase from the Templify catalogue. Buying a template is buying a license, not the underlying work. In plain language, here is what the license is and what it is not.
1 — The goods
Each entry in the catalogue is delivered as source files immediately after purchase. Delivery is digital and instant; a download link is issued against your order number.
2 — What you may do
- Use one purchase in any number of client or personal projects, commercial or non-commercial.
- Modify the source files as much as you like for the projects you build.
- Keep lifetime updates for the version you purchased.
3 — What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, or share the template source, modified or unmodified.
- Use a template as the primary product of a competing template or theme store.
- Claim authorship of the unmodified template itself.
4 — Refunds
Digital goods are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for the procedure.
5 — Warranty and liability
Templates are provided as-is. We test them thoroughly, but we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price of the purchase in question.
